We are fine artists that are seeking ways to enhance one's experience with everyday objects that inspire and delight the eye. Please feel free to contact us if you have a personal request. Collectively there is over 50 years of design and fine art experience. Enjoy and we hope to hear from you soon.
Payment
PayPal only. Items will be shipped after confirmation of payment. Payment is due within four days of purchase. If you need additional time please let us know. Thank you.
Shipping
All items will be shipped "best way" and shipping will be priced according to size and weight of item and your location. All items will be carefully packaged to prevent damage and purchaser will receive notification by email of date shipped and expected delivery date with tracking number.
Refunds and Exchanges
Damage due to shipment will be the responsibility of the purchaser if insurance is requested. All care will be made to package for safe passage and if we deem that we are in error in packaging- refund will be the responsibility of the seller. We wish for you to be happy with your purchase but if you have concerns after receiving the package, please contact us and we will work out any concerns that you might have.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Custom order/consignments are billed on an hourly and material cost and will be estimated by the artist before contract signed. Buyer will be notified if estimate of cost differs as the process proceeds because of changes requested by buyer or unforeseen cost due to criteria not fully explained.
