Thank you for stopping by and visiting our shop! You are one of the first guest to get a sneak peek as we stock up on the inventory and fine tune all of the fine print ... please don't hesitate to drop us a line if you have ANY QUESTIONS or COMMENTS, all are welcomed and appreciated.

Payment

At this time we are accepting Paypal only. Payment is appreciated the same day an item is purchased. If payment is not received by the third day after your order is placed, we'll send you a friendly reminder note...however if payment has not been made by day five we'll unfortunately have to cancel the sale.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped the next business day after payment is received! If your payment reaches us early enough in the morning (e.s.t.)-before we go to the post office - we will ship it the same day for you.

We do my best to expedite shipping on our part ... We know how anxious we are when we're waiting for a special package in the mail!

Refunds and Exchanges

Please read the following guidelines so that We are able to have you as a 100% completely satisfied REPEAT customer:

First...please contact us by convo if you have any concerns when your piece arrives, this gives us the immediate opportunity to try and correct anything for you.

We welcome exchanges for a similar item and/or store credit in the amount of the original transaction {excluding S&H -both ways,Etsy fees,paypal fees} within 7 days of purchase.

The returned item must be in it's original condition.

As noted in item descriptions, the majority of my designs incorporate vintage materials...please make sure you are aware that not all vintage elements are in perfect condition and are by no means meant to be ... this is the biggest part of the charm and originality!
