Welcome to Serif Design! Please read each listing and all shop policies carefully before you make your purchase. Don't hesitate to convo if you have any questions or requests.

Please note that for custom design orders, our turn-around time starts upon clearance of payment and receipt of the completed questionnaire and any photos or graphics that you are supplying for the design.

Payment

Serif Design accepts PayPal payments only. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use it for payment, and you can easily use your credit or debit card. For help with checkout, see this article from Etsy:

Payment is due at checkout unless other terms are agreed upon in advance. Items will not be shipped until your payment has cleared. If payment is not received within 72 hours, the transaction will be canceled and reported to Etsy.

State sales tax is added to all purchases made within Texas.

Shipping

Most products from Serif Design are digital files, and sent via e-mail. Please be sure that you are able to receive e-mail attachments. Note that sometimes e-mails with attachments are automatically filtered out by spam-blocking software, and may be relegated to a spam folder.

All digital files are sent to the e-mail address registered with *Etsy.* If your PayPal e-mail address differs from your Etsy address, please check your Etsy address for the files.

Serif Design strives to reduce cost and excess materials by providing electronic delivery free of charge. If you would like your files supplied on CD, please choose the "CD delivery" upgrade from the shop and a disk will be mailed to you for an additional fee. CDs are burned upon approval of the final files, and packages are shipped 2 to 3 times per week.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the items, there are no refunds, since items cannot be returned. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, however, Serif Design will work with you to make the necessary revisions.
