Hi! Thanks for checking out my shop policies. Hopefully you'll be pleased and want to buy from me. I have been selling my hand painted, fused or sewn goods for about 5 years. I've been a member of Etsy for awhile and have recently become active. Contact me if you have any questions.

Payment

I expect payment within 48 hours of purchase. If you're paying by check I will send goods once the check has cleared.

Shipping

I shipped by USPS. I don't provide insurance and if requested, it's at buyer's expense.

Refunds and Exchanges

Notice of defect in goods must be received within 10 days of receipt. I will generally give a credit for an exchange.

I accept custom orders. Convo me with the details and I will let you know if it's possible for me to produce the item.
