Payment

At this time we take Paypal payments only. Please pay after the purchase is made. Any purchases not paid for within 48 hours will be voided.

Shipping

We ship via First Class Mail. If you would like something shipped Priority, Express, UPS or FedEx please convo us for a shipping quote. We're happy to accomodate any request.

Please note that our shipping fees are a flat rate that includes handling also. Fees are not refunded if more or less than actual postage. It also does not include a tracking number or signature confirmation, if these are something you'd like to purchase before shipping please convo us for a quote.

We have never had a package lost or damaged but you are more than welcome to purchase insurance for your order. We are not responsible for your order after it has shipped. Please convo us for a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer any refunds, not for any reason. When the order is paid for through paypal the transaction is final. We do work with buyers on an individual basis to resolve any issues that may arise during a transaction and always want complete satisfaction.

Q - How long will my order take?!

A - Every order from our shop is a custom designed order and each order is unique. Most hang tag & sticker orders take 2-4 weeks to complete. Please convo us for specific turn around times on your order. Rush orders are always available for a small fee.
