Payment

We prefer to be paid through paypal. If you choose to pay with a money order please note that your item will be shipped as soon as we recieve the money order.

Please pay within 5 days of purchase, otherwise we will have to cancel your order.

Shipping

All items are shipped via Canada Post. We ship the items regular mail unless you need it rushed. Canada Post usually says that the item will arrive in about a week but is notorious for being slow. We ship all items within 1 week of purchase.

Some orders can be combined to save shipping, but not all. Jen and Hanna live in different parts of the province so if you order earrings from Jen and a hair clip from Hanna you will be getting two different packages. If we can save you on shipping we will refund your paypal account for the money we didn't use.

Refunds and Exchanges

Fae Chic is not responsible for damages incurred to the package by the postal service. We package carefully to protect your purchase. If you are for some reason unhappy with your purchase or if the package goes missing in the mail please contact us and we will work something out!
