Welcome to Clockwork Roses, serving all of your Steampunk, Neo-Victorian, and fashion-related needs!

The goal of Clockwork Roses is to create and sell beautiful items without the outrageous prices and without sacrificing quality. Every item is lovingly made and takes quite some time to make; also, I make sure that each item is buyer-worthy before it is listed.

Payment

I accept PayPal and money orders.

You may only buy an item if you can pay for it! If I do not recieve a payment within a week of purchase, I will relist it.

LOCAL ORDERS: Please click "money order" when paying and give the money to me in person. It is then you will recieve the item. Do not worry about shipping - you won't have to pay it.

Shipping

Shipping will usually occur one to five days after recieving payment. I will notify the buyer once an item is shipped.

Continental US orders will be shipped via First Class, and International orders will be shipped via International First Class. International buyers, if your country is not listed, please contact me so I may add it.

If you do not want your item shipped via First Class, please contact me before paying! Different shipping methods mean different rates, and I will be happy to comply as you wish.

Insurance is not necessary, but it is recommended.

Refunds and Exchanges

I cannot refund you for items damaged or lost in the mail; however, I will refund you for an item that is not up-to-par or not as shown. You may also ask for a replica of a lost or damaged item, if possible; however, it must be paid for. (I will offer a reduced price to cover the cost of materials.) I may use supplies that are no longer made, so you might have to settle for a SIMILAR - but not exact - item or a refund.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Alchemy and custom orders are not accepted as of yet; however. suggestions or themes (For example: "A necklace with a vial of blue glitter" or "a Steampunk bracelet with gears" are acceptable.) will be taken into consideration.

Each item - unless specified - is one-of-a-kind. That is, do not ask for a replica of a previously-made piece. (Note: Chokers are usually one-of-a-kind, while earrings usually are not.) I will not make a replica one-of-a-kind item. I also do not guarantee that I will be able to make even a similar one - since some items I may use are no longer made or are difficult to find - but I will happily attempt to make one for you.
