Payment

The Craft Diva accepts Paypal payments and money orders for all orders.

The Craft Diva prefers to receive Paypal payments. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to use your credit card to pay for your order. Please submit your payment through Paypal within 3 days of placing your order.

Although Paypal is the Craft Diva's preferred method of payment, money orders will also be accepted. Your order will be shipped out once the money order has been received.

Shipping

Small items are shipped via USPS first class mail. Fused glass gifts, and other larger items, are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Orders will ship out within 48 hours, and usually much sooner than that, once payment has been received. If I am out of town, orders will be shipped once I have returned to my studio.

Refunds and Exchanges

If the item you purchased from the Craft Diva does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 5 days of receiving the item. A full refund, minus shipping charges, will be made for the returned item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Bulk lots of craft and jewelry making supplies will be offered on the Craft Diva shop, from time-to-time, at less than retail pricing.

The Craft Diva sells her one-of-a-kind fused glass gifts and jewelry creations, to qualified shops, on a wholesale basis. Please contact lynn [!at] craftdiva.net for additional information.
