SHIPPING

All items will be shipped AFTER payment is received and funds are cleared.
***I ship items within 6 days of purchase- usually they will go out within 3...but sometimes circumstances arise where I need the full 6 days.***
I was shipping PRIORITY, but I think First Class is sufficient. If you need an item rushed or in more of a hurry than 4-5 days- please leave a note for me and I will calculate the additional fees.

All orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation.
If insurance is needed, please add an additional $1.35 for coverage up to $50.

For custom orders, please allow for 2-3 weeks for delivery.


IS THIS A GIFT??

I am happy to provide custom gift wrapping and other "hand-made", personalized little touches at no extra charge!

PAYMENT.....

All prices listed in U.S. dollars. International buyers are ,of course, welcome and appreciated.
Tho- all payments must be made in U.S. currency.

PayPal is preferred. (Use the link in your Etsy invoice to finalize the PayPal transaction.)

*CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS - You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal! Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a Paypal account.

RETURNS???

As I know it is sometimes difficult to gauge quality and craftsmanship via a set of photographs and sometimes things may not be as they seemed.. I can only reassure you that I am an extremely detail oriented gal and would not let something out the door that is not up to par!!
I do offer exchanges, esp. b/c most of my items are of standard sizing (S,M,L,XL..).
If you purchase an item that absolutely does NOT fit you, I will replace it for the correct size.
The buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees in the cases of an exchange.

No refunds except in the case of my error (such as shipping the wrong item).


** LEATHER BAGS**

I guarantee the construction of these bags for ONE year after purchase- meaning, I will FIX or replace ANY damaged items that have occurred because of construction(not normal wear and tear).
