Cloud Labs is about things we love.

Payment

Cloud Labs accepts PayPal payment in US Dollars.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with Paypal, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will attempt to assist you in anyway that we can.

Shipping

*I recycle envelopes! Don't be offended if your item arrives in an envelope that has been re-used. :)

Items are shipped in a padded envelope to protect breakables. Let us know in the "message to seller" if you would like us to include a gift card and small note (there is no extra charge for the gift card and note).

We ship worldwide using USPS First Class shipping. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays).

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR A SHIPPING ESTIMATE.

If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let us know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify us and we cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment we will ship the item to the address furnished during Etsy checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact us if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis.

Additional Policies and FAQs

-Feedback-
I make sure to leave feedback on every item that is sold or purchased. :)

-Non-Payment-
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let us know and we will cancel the transaction. We will NOT leave negative feedback for cancelled transactions. We do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact us to cancel the transaction.

If you are having issues with Paypal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

-Other-
Samaria Project reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback and/or malicious behaviour towards other Etsy members.

Bulk and Custom orders are quoted on a per case basis. Please contact me if you are interested in a bulk or wholesale order.
