Payment

I accept payment by PayPal and credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card: simply click next to the PayPal and credit card symbols during checkout. You will be given the option to pay by credit card without a PayPal account. If neither of these options are possible for you, feel free to send me a message and we can see if some other payment method can be arranged - there's no harm in asking!

Payment is expected at the time your order is placed. Your order will not be shipped until I receive payment. If I do not receive payment within 3 days of receiving your order, I will attempt to contact you. If no payment is received within 10 days, your order will be cancelled and I will re-list the item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please remember that all of my items are handmade and "one of a kind", and as such may have slight imperfections or irregularities. It should also be taken into consideration that some computer monitors display colours a bit differently than others so the colours of some items may not be exactly as expected.

If the item you receive is not 100% what you expected when you made your purchase I will happily provide you with a refund. Simply contact me and return the item within 3 days of purchase and I will provide you with a complete refund, less the cost of shipping. Returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase and in perfect condition.

All items are handmade with love and carefully inspected before they are shipped out - you can expect unique, quality merchandise with each purchase.
