Thank you for your interest in my jewelry. Here are some of my shop policies.

If you need to contact me, I can be reached through Etsy conversations, or you can e-mail me at emilu2000 [!at] hotmail.com. I will be happy to answer any of your questions.

If you find a piece of jewelry in my "sold" section that you would like, please let me know. I may be able to create a new listing of that item.

I also accept custom orders. For more information, click on "Request Custom Item" on the right side of this page.

Payment

You don't need a PayPal account to make a credit card payment on Etsy. Select "PayPal" for your payment option and on the right hand side of the next screen you will have the option to select to pay without creating an account.

Paypal payment is due at the time of purchase. I also accept checks and money orders. A payment address will be provided during checkout. Please send payment promptly (within one week), and I will be sure to leave positive feedback for you. If you select a check as form of payment, the item will not be shipped until the check clears.

DISCOUNT INFORMATION
If you have been offered a discount, please contact me before purchasing anything and let me know that you intend to receive discount. I can reserve the listing for you at the reduced price. This is my preferred method, but you can also pay immediately and wait for a refund (please mention any promotional codes in the comments). Or you can buy the item without paying, and I can send you a revised invoice.

Don't have enough cash for something you like? Make me a reasonable offer and I'll get back to you!

Shipping

Shipping rates are included in item listings. Buying more than one item results in a lower shipping price.

I will ship your jewelry to the address entered in the Etsy checkout. If you have any further directions on where to ship the item(s), please contact me and let me know. If you are buying a gift for a someone and want him or her to know it's from you, please let me know.

Your item(s) will be shipped in 1-3 days. The US Post office usually delivers within 2-5 days, although some delays may occur. International shipping times vary.

All jewelry will be attached to card stock to ensure that it does not tangle. It will be shipped in a padded envelope without being gift-wrapped (I prefer to keep things simple to keep your shipping costs low. If you would like something more fancy, please let me know and we'll work something out).

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within a week of receiving your jewelry. I will exchange or refund the merchandise once it is returned to me (provided it is in its original condition). The buyer is responsible for return shipping. I reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange for any reason. Please contact me with any concerns so I can do my best to make sure you have a positive experience.

If your item is damaged in the mail, please contact me within a week of receiving your jewelry. Ship the item back to me for repairs or replacement. The item will be shipped back to you free of any additional cost. If your item is lost in the mail, please contact me so we can work out a positive solution.

Payments on custom orders are non-refundable. Custom orders may not be returned/exchanged unless prior arrangements have been made. If a custom order is damaged, the buyer may return the item for repairs.
