Welcome

I hope you enjoy your visit to my shop. I endeavour to hand-craft everything, so ear wires, insects (!) and clasps have been made by me.

My aim is to make simple, stylish jewellery that people can wear everyday, and in a variety of situations. If you see something you like and it's not in your size, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Payment

Please have your PayPal account in order and active before placing an order in the shop. Immediate payment is appreciated.

Shipping

I am currently, due to a lack of transport, only shipping on Wednesdays and Saturdays. This situation should improve shortly when I will be back to aiming to ship stock items within 24 hours (weekends and holidays aside). I ship from Italy, registered post that is NOT INSURED, but does require a signature upon delivery. If you would like insurance, please ask before you pay and I will apply the appropriate charge. Currently, insured mail costs around €12 ($17.00) for Europe and $14 - $60 to the US. Please understand that once shipped, I cannot be held responsible for delayed items. Overseas shipping can sometimes take 4 weeks or more, although the average time for an item to arrive in the US is about a week.

Customers are responsible for customs charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

I stand by the quality of my work. However, in the unlikely event of a defect, under normal use, I will happily offer a repair or replacement. The item must be returned with its original pouch or box wherever possible. Refunds are made on the satisfactory return of the item, minus shipping costs. Please contact me before shipping anything back. Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned unless faulty in some way. This applies also to rings that have been altered to fit. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct size is supplied.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am happy to discuss custom orders. Simple changes to listed items are usually possible, such as a change in chain length or type, but some rings, for example cannot be resized and would have to be made to your size. In which case, the finished item may vary slightly from the original picture.

If I have to buy in non-stock materials to complete your piece, I reserve the right to ask for payment in advance (once bitten, twice shy...)

There are no refunds on custom orders unless defective.

A quick note on ring sizes. If you are unsure of your ring size, please get a proper measurement done at a jeweller's. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the size is correct as resizing/remaking and postal charges will make the transaction costly. On a similar note; if you would like a ring in a different size to the one listed, please convo me BEFORE placing the order because sometimes it is not possible to resize rings, or I may not have the materials available to make another piece.
