Hello! I specialize in wet felted and needle felted food. The world doesn't have enough play Mexican food and it is my pleasure to create it for you. :D If you have any ideas or requests please contact me.

Payment

I accept Paypal and money orders.


Please make payments within 5 days of sale. If I have not received payment, the sale will be canceled and the item relisted.

Shipping

I ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I mail domestic orders USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. Please contact me before purchasing if you would like to insure or upgrade your shipping in the USA and I will send you a new invoice.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPPING:
The cost quoted for shipping in item description is for First Class shipping, which can take up to 3 weeks. Items cannot be tracked or insured.
All International shipping may be subject to customs fees upon delivery. I cannot offer refunds if items is lost with this method of shipment. Please convo me through etsy if you would like to upgrade your shipping to Registered Mail or Priority Mail and I will send you a new invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

I try my best to describe each item accurately. Please read item description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item please contact me. I will be happy to send additional pictures or measurements if you like.
I will accept returns up to 10 days after I have shipped it to you. Please let me know through an etsy convo if you are sending something back. Item must be in the same condition as I sent it. I will refund the purchase price only, shipping will NOT be included in refund.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS:
I will gladly do custom orders. Send me a convo and I will put up a listing for you. I will let you know price and how much time I will need to make it.
Your item will be listed in a reserved listing and must be paid for in full. I will then start working on your order and meet the criteria we agreed upon. I cannot accept refunds on custom orders.
