Hi! Here's where you can get all the information for all the goings on behind the scenes.

Payment

I'd love you forever if you pay by PayPal. But I will accept personal checks or money orders. But please be aware that I will not ship out your order until your payment has cleared. By whichever method you choose.
And remember to pay within 3 days of placing your order through Etsy. It saves me a lot of heartache wondering if you really wanted something of mine!

Are you a fellow Etsy seller and would like to trade? Awesome! Just let me know.

Shipping

All orders are mailed via USPS First Class Mail (USPS Priority Mail when shipped outside the USA). I use recycled materials whenever possible to help cut down on unnecessary waste. Jewelry is wrapped in bubble wrap, art work and prints are packaged in plastic sleeves with hard backing. If you would like any type of delivery confirmation, let me know, and it will be provided.
I include receipts with all purchases. But if your order is a gift for someone else, I'll include a nice little note instead.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you aren't happy with your new item(s), feel free to return 'em within 5 days. I'll give you a full refund, minus shipping charges. Pleasepleaseplease note, though, that I am not responsible for packages that get lost or damaged in the mail.

I'm totally up for any and all custom orders. You can simply contact me through my Etsy page, or make a request through my Alchemy. And, along the same lines, if you just so happened to be browsing my sold section and something caught your eye, let me know, and I'll see what I can do.
