Photomanipulation & retouching.
I'm a professional retoucher, and I am always happy to take on custom work as well as the listings available in my shop.
I will gladly give your product images a make-over too. Please contact me for further details.

Digital art, writing sets & greetings cards.
All of the images you see in my shop are designed and drawn by myself. I am available for custom illustrations/cards/art.

Original art.
You'll find all kinds of original art in my shop, from Gocco prints, to acrylic paintings. All are designed and produced by myself.

Payment

The only method of payment I accept is Paypal.

I request payment within 24 hours of making your purchase, otherwise I will assume non payment and cancel the transaction.

If for any reason you can't pay within 24 hours, but you would still like the item/s, please contact me BEFORE purchasing.
I may be able to reserve the item/s for you.

Shipping

I ship worldwide.

I try to ship within 4 days of your purchase, and usually ship the next day.

Shipping within the UK is via 1st Class Royal Mail, which usually arrives between 1 and 2 days after the item has been sent.

All Non UK orders are shipped via Airmail.
Please note that your items could take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

Tracking / Insurance
My standard shipping methods (1st class Royal mail / Airmail) do not include tracking or insurance.
If you would like tracking or insurance, then please contact me for a revised invoice, as this will cost more.

I accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post if you do not ask for insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt provided that the items are in their original condition, unworn and unused.

Buyers will be responsible for the costs to ship any unwanted orders back to me.
I will not refund the original postage cost of an item.

I accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post if you do not ask for insurance.

Wholesale / Consignment.

I accept consignment within the UK only, but I am happy to discuss wholesale orders for anywhere else.

My shoes are not available for wholesale or consignment.

The Shoes.

I work with mostly second hand shoes.
I like to recycle old shoes, but all of the shoes I send out are in nearly new condition. Occasionally I will find a few new pairs to work with, but if you have a problem with 2nd hand, you'll have to send me your own shoes to work on.

What do you use on the shoes?

I don't disclose what materials I use on my shoes, but I can assure you that the images don't wear off or crack. The 'wear' you can expect from them is the same as any normal shoe upper. If you scratched a pair of leather shoes, it'd be the same as scratching one of the images on my shoes. Yes they do scratch, but so does leather. I've had a pair myself for over a year and they're still fine. They're waterproof etc, and I always check up on previous customers now and again to see how their shoes are holding up, and they're all doing well!

I wouldn't be happy sending out anything that I knew wasn't of a super high condition to begin with.
I make sure all of my shoes are of a quality and standard I would expect, and that I would be happy to receive myself.
