My items are all handmade with pride. I make all types of crocheted items, everything from bookmarks, pillows and blankets to scarves and wash cloths.

Payment

I accept pay pal. Items will not ship until payment is received.

Shipping

Shipping Policies:

All items are shipped USPS regular mail. If you would like something sent in a different manner, please let me know I will be happy to accommodate, this may mean an extra charge for which you will be notified. Also all shipping prices include packaging materials in price. My normal shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays.

Items will not be shipped until payment is received. I will contact the buyer if payment is not sent within the first 24 hours of the sale. After that the buyer will have three days before I will cancel the sale and re list the item.

Shopping local is eco-friendly, so I have decided to offer free shipping to all buyers that live in Ohio! After purchasing please wait to pay until I have sent you an updated invoice via paypal.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns:

All items may be returned within 90 days of purchase for full refund of item. The refund will include the initial shipping costs.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Christmas Shopping:

Free gift wrap is available for all items. Please indicate whether or not you wish to have your items gift wrapped. Some custom items take longer than others to make. In the case that something may take longer than the season allows I will decline the order.

Last day for order to make it by Christmas will be posted on my shop.

Custom Items:

Please use the wonderful new tool Etsy has added to the side of my shop "Request Custom Item". I will ask you some specifics and then give you a quote for the item. Once you have okayed the quote, I will then begin work on the item. Payment is not required until I have finished the item and it is ready for shipment.

All items in my shop may be ordered custom.
