About my work:

I have a deep love of all things unique and handmade, and so don't believe in mass production... this extends into my jewellery work and vision... each piece is one of a kind, and often has a distinct story, or inspiration. Due to the techniques and materials used, most pieces are not re-sizeable, unless otherwise noted in the listing. It's a bit of a cinderella or kismet thing... I like to think the piece will fit the wearer for whom it is ultimately destined...

Payment

I currently accept payment through Paypal, a secure online payment system that accepts all major credit cards (even if you don't have a Paypal account).

Please make sure that your shipping address as entered in Etsy matches your address in PayPal.

Please pay immediately when using PayPal by clicking the 'Buy Now' button during checkout. Items cannot be created or shipped until payment is received.

Shipping

Items ship within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from receipt of payment. Items purchased via Paypal eCheck are sent only after eCheck has cleared. Items that are made to order ship within 5 to 7 business days after receipt of payment. Custom orders may take a bit longer.

Here are this year's deadlines for shipping from Canada Post:
Within Canada: December 11
To the USA: December 4
Everywhere else: December 1

Via Xpresspost (more expensive):
Within Canada: December 22
To the USA: December 14
Everywhere else: December 7

Please make sure that your shipping address as entered in Etsy matches your address in PayPal.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund and exchange requests are dealt with on a case by case basis, and in a timely fashion. I want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase and believe in the quality of my work. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item.

Custom orders are not refundable.
