Hi there!
My name is Shannon and since retiring, I spend most days in my sewing room trying to think up new things to sew, embroider or quilt. I like to make useful things that can be reused to help cut down on repeat purchases. I do travel a fair amount with my husband so there will be times when I am away and cannot ship.
I try to leave positive feedback as soon as you pay for your order. If there is a problem once you receive your item[s], I would be grateful if you would contact me before leaving feedback. My goal is to make sure you are satisifed with your purchase.
Payment
Payment in advance is required before shipping your item[s]. Paypal is my preferred payment method. Please send your payment right away so I can get started on your item[s] and ship as soon as possible. If you are a repeat customer, I will consider other forms of payment if you contact me prior to payment.
Shipping
I charge actual shipping plus a small handling fee to cover materials. I ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment Monday through Friday and in many cases, even when the item needs personalization.
Shipping a package weighing over 13 ounces starts at $4.80 [USPS Priority mail]. Parcel Post is also an option and may be slightly less expensive but takes longer to receive.
Tracking is included when using Paypal.
I use quality packaging materials. For PIF items, I may use recycled packaging. I pack all of my items very carefully. That said, insurance starts at $1.70 and is optional. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know before paying so I can adjust your Paypal invoice.
I reduce shipping by up to 50% for additional items. To receive combined shipping pricing for purchasing more than one item, you must pay for all items with a single Paypal payment.
I am happy to ship world wide but please request a shipping quote first by sending me your mailing address and a list of the item[s] and quantities you are interested in.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your item[s] for any reason, please return it within 2 weeks of receipt for a refund. Shipping is not refunded unless the item you received is not what you ordered. Personalized items are not returnable but can be replaced if you aren't happy with the quality. You will need to return the item first, in its original condition, for a replacement.
