poketto's Shop Policies

Hello, thanks for visiting my shop. I use recycled materials and ingredients to create my Poketto collections. I make everything bespoke (one off) and love that each piece has it's own unique character. I am particularly fond of using vintage woolens, linen, lace and screen prints in everything I make.

Payment

I accept paypal.

Shipping

shipping within 7 days of payment received. Airmail is my preferred method.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase i can provide you with a refund (excluding shipping costs). Item(s) must be unworn, unused and returned within 12 days. Please airmail unwanted items back to me.
