Payment

Payment must be made via Paypal.

Please PAY immediately when you BUY, just as you would at any other online venue or in person. If payment via paypal has not been made and I don't hear from you re your purchase, it will be canceled after 72 hours and appropriate feedback will be left.

Shipping

I ship orders via first class mail within three days of your completed payment. Please contact me if your purchase doesn't arrive within 10 business days of its ship date.

International buyers, please note that international shipping may incur customs fees when your order is delivered. Customs fees are based on the purchase price which I will note on the customs form and those fees (if any) will be determined by your post office. By purchasing from me, you assume ALL responsibility for any customs/import fees levied on your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will only accept returns for defective pieces if you notify me within 7 days of receiving your order. Piece must be shipped back to me, at the customer's expense, before it can be replaced. Please note that much of my work is one-of-a-kind and therefore replacements will not be identical.
