Please read the below policies prior to purchase. If you place an order you are acknowledging that you agree to my Terms of Service.

Payment

PAYMENT
Paypal/credit card payments are due within 2 days of your purchase or the item(s) will be re-listed. A confirmation email with estimated shipping date will be sent immediately following your order. A reminder email will be sent on the 2nd day if payment has not be processed. Please contact me if there will be a payment delay and I will set it aside. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me so it can be returned to my store and available for other customer. Your communication is greatly appreciated.

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, e-checks. No personal checks or money orders.
*E-checks must clear first (usually takes 4-5 business days)before your order ships.

LOST PACKAGES
I cannot be held responsible for lost packages sent to unconfirmed Paypal addresses or requests to another address other than your default Paypal address. You may request a signature confirmation for an additional $2.20 to avoid this issue.

INSURANCE OPTION
If you would like your package insured, please note at checkout and send additional amount with your balance.
$50 or less - add $1.75
$50.01-$100 - add $2.25
$100.01-$200 - add $2.75
$200.01 + add $4.70

Shipping

SHIPPING METHOD
USPS 1st class mail. Shipping fee includes all shipping costs and delivery confirmation (for domestic packages). Any items over 1 lb will ship USPS Priority mil.

All listed items include a ribbon wrapped gift box and are mailed in a secure mailer box.

Once payment is received, your package ships within 2 business days.

To minimize paper use, packing slips are only included upon request.

Refunds and Exchanges

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Listed items - Please contact me within 2 days of delivery date. Once your item is returned, you will receive a refund (less shipping fee). I have a no questions asked policy but am open to comments.

Custom orders - will receive a 50% refund (less shipping fee).

Wholesale/discount - Returns if items arrive damaged.
No exchanges.

FEEDBACK
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me prior to leaving feedback as I will do my best to appease the situation.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS
I welcome custom orders. Since computer monitors colors vary, I strongly recommend mailing a color sample. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for orders $50 or more. Once received, your order will go into production. Photos of completed work will be emailed to you. Once confirmed, it will be listed at the the final balance cost to be purchased within 2 days of completion.

WHOLESALE
I offer wholesale for items that are listed under my Wholesale/Buy More Save store section. I also offer discounted prices to my other listed items in my shop. Please contact me for my wholesale line sheet which contains more detailed information.
