Hello! I'm jenn and I'm so glad you stopped by for a visit!
What you'll find here in my little corner of Etsy are pieces that I've carefully constructed using some of my favorite gemstones, pearls and sterling silver wire and sheet with some occassional copper and brass thrown in for good measure ;). One of my favorite past times is making new things look old so I have a mild obsession with oxidizing silver - if you prefer the "newness" of shiny silver I'm always happy to accomodate any requests =).

I'd love to share some of my favorite gemstones with you so please visit me in the Loft too at http://jNicLoft.etsy.com I'm always happy to combine shipping for both shops =).

Outlined below is some important information on purchasing, shipping and returns and you can also read a bit more about me personally in my profile if you'd like. Please feel free to contact me any time =).

Payment

* Paypal is the preferred method but checks and money orders are always welcome. Please note that items will ship after checks and money orders have cleared the bank.

* Please ensure payment via Paypal is completed upon checkout. Prompt payment is greatly appreciated! Payment via check or money order should be received within 7 business days. If you need longer please feel free to contact me and we can work something out - I'm a flexible kinda gal =).

* Google checkout is available if you prefer this option. Just contact me for an invoice

Shipping

* PLEASE NOTE: IMPORTANT! I ship to the address given to me through PAYPAL (since they offer protection to us both) so please ensure it is correct. If you would like your items sent to a different address (i.e. the address you provided to Etsy or a gift recipient) please leave a note to seller (me=) upon checkout, send me a conversation thru Etsy or an email at RainNiteGa [!at] aol.com and I'll be happy to have it on it's way there. If the Paypal and Etsy addresses do not match and I receive no communication after 5 days of trying to make contact items will be shipped to the Paypal address. I try to make every possible effort to double check addresses (and I'm pretty obsessive about it too ;) but I am human and occassionaly things slip by me (Gah!) so your help in this is so greatly appreciated! =)

* DOMESTIC items are shipped using USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation normally within 48 hours of receiving payment unless I'm somewhere fun (check my shop announcement) in which case they will ship promptly upon my return. If I'm in the mountains or on the beach you may have to come find me and drag me back though ;).

* INTERNATIONAL shipments are normally shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment using International First Class and will be shipped daily Mon-Fri.

* INTERNATIONAL customers are responsible for any import taxes charged or duties due to their country.

* Other shipping options are available. Domestic options include priority for $5.50 and Express mail (typically around $17). International options include Global Priority for $9.5 to Canada and Mexico and $11.5 everywhere else and will ship daily. If you are interested in any of these methods please leave a note to seller (me again=) upon checkout and I will invoice you for the difference. Any other shipping requests please contact me prior to purchase - I'll be happy to work something out!

* INSURANCE isn't required but highly and kindly recommended! I will bend over backwards to ensure your goodies get to you safe and sound but in the event that they are lost in transit please know that some items will be one of a kind and not replaceable which is why insurance is encouraged.
Please leave me a note upon checkout if you would like insurance and I will invoice you for the actual cost provided by USPS and thank you profusely ;).
Domestic purchases over $150 will receive free complimentary insurance.

* I always send a "thank you" reply via the Paypal email after you send payment to acknowledge your purchase and to let you know when your item(s) will ship. If you don't see one from me within 24 hours of your purchase please check your spam folder and if it's not there and I'm not on vacation please send for the search party! =)

Refunds and Exchanges

* I happily accept returns so if it wasn't quite what you were expecting I'll gladly take it back within 14 days and refund your purchase price minus the shipping fees. Please contact me prior to sending items.
I'm sorry but I am unable to accept returns on custom created pieces due to the amount of time involved creating these pieces(this does not include exchanging earwires, patina finishes or slight modifications to existing pieces).
Please return items in their original condition and unworn. I want you to be happy with your purchase!

Additional Policies and FAQs

* SIZE OF PIECES - Please note my main photos are typically taken outdoors in natural lighting and up close using a macro setting to show the details of my work. This may make pieces appear larger so please take a moment to view the size reference photos and item descriptions. It is also a good idea to pull out a ruler and note the sizes of the pieces. No matter how many pictures are shown it will never be the same as having the item in hand and being able to view it in person which is another reason why I offer a return policy outlined above.

* Colors may appear differently on different types of monitors so please keep this in mind when buying any item with natural stones online.

* I guarantee my work. So if it breaks while you're out doing something fun I'll fix it for you free of charge.

* I work in a pet friendly but smoke free studio and I occasionally include feathers from my little feathery kids in my wrapping so if you're allergic to birds specifically chickens or geese please let me know ahead of time! =)

* Almost all of my styles can be converted to clips. If you would prefer clips please add $6 and drop me a little note prior to purchasing.

* Leverbacks are also available if you would prefer them to the french earwires I use most often. Please add $2 to the cost of the earrings. Any other styles can be switched out free of charge =).

* Custom orders and wholesale inquiries are always welcome!

* If you have any issues with your order please contact me prior to leaving feedback. This is my full time job and I take it very seriously and I want you to leave my little piece of cyberspace happy!
