Payment

Please pay for your item(s) within 3 calendar days of purchase. Items not paid for within this time frame (with no explanation from the buyer) will be relisted.

If you are paying via check or money order, you should automatically receive my name and address to send payment.

If you have entered a code for a special sale price, please do not pay right away. I will send you an updated inovice, based on the method of payment you have selected.

Shipping

Items are shipped upon receipt of payment. If paying by check, I will wait for the check to clear before shipping - this may take several days.

Items are shipped by the least expensive method available (i.e., USPS First Class, or Priority Mail). Please let me know if you need your items sooner, and I will send you an adjusted invoice reflecting the additional shipping cost.

The "Everywhere Else" shipping cost listed for each item is based on an average price for shipping to various countries. The actual price for your country may be higher or lower. If you would like an adjusted total reflecting shipping costs for your country, please contact me.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will do what I can to make it right :o)

Additional Policies and FAQs

All items are made, stored, and packed in a smoke-free home. I do have three cats - they are not involved in creating the items, and once finished, unsold items are stored in sealed plastic boxes. If you have strong cat allergies, you may want to consider this.
