Payment

payment is expected within 3 days of purchase, though sooner is always appreciated. i accept paypal only, but please remember that you don't need to have a paypal account to pay with it!

Shipping

i calculate shipping based on the actual shipping costs, based on the size and weight of the parcel, with the help of my handy dandy postal scale. it is very difficult to calculate combined shipping with canada post, because they have so many different cut off levels for shipping prices, so combined shipping amounts are generally estimates.

i tend to round up or down slightly when setting the shipping prices, but i do not inflate them to cover any handling costs. quite often, i forget to include the tax and fuel charge that i'm charged as well! if the shipping is less than you're charged, i will always refund the different. (within $1.00, cause otherwise paypal will just eat it anyway!)

i do have the option to ship USPS once a week, but i am charged an $11 import fee when crossing the border. if you are purchasing multiple items, or you need your package to get to you asap, this may still be cheaper than canada post (and definitely faster!). please convo me if you'd like me to look into it for your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

i try to describe my items as clearly as possible, and as such, no refunds or exchanges are available. if i have made a mistake in any way, i will work with you to resolve it. please feel free to convo me with ANY questions or problems you may have.

Additional Policies and FAQs

items are created in a home with animals. while i avoid interaction between my items and my cat, we all know cats don't listen very well, so there is always the slight possibility that she has checked it out before it was sent out to you. she's generally not that interested, unless i'm taking pictures, but if you have extreme pet allergies, please be aware of this.
