Thanks for visiting Sinister Bags! All bags are made by hand with 100% marine-grade vinyl and are one-of-a-kind. Custom requests are welcome but please understand there are some designs that just can't be accurately portrayed with vinyl, sorry!

Payment

PayPal is my preferred form of payment but I will accept checks and money orders if necessary. Please convo me if you'd like this option. All payment must be made within 48 hours or your purchase will be cancelled.

Shipping

I ship all items USPS Priority Mail in the United States. If you are an international buyer please give me your address so I can re-calculate shipping and get you a new invoice. All international payments must be made with PayPal only.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will refund within 7 days only for flaws in craftmanship, however, please be aware that my bags are all handmade and not manufactured by machines so there will be flaws in some areas. Please let me know if there is any problem with your bag and I am happy to repair or replace it.

Exchanges are accepted for up to 7 days and buyer must pay shipping costs to return item and for new item to ship.

I do not refund purchases for things "lost in the mail". If you are concerned about the security of your packages please convo me and I can ship with insurance or signature requirement upon delivery.
