Payment

Scribble Nation accepts Paypal, RME (Revolution Money Exchange) and Google Checkout. We'll also take Money Orders or Personal Checks but please understand that your order will not ship until the check or money order is cleared.

All payments must be initiated within 3 days of purchase or they will be subject to cancellation. I will make a valiant attempt to contact you before I cancel an order. If you have a delay and are unable to pay within 3 days please let me know. I may be able to hold the item for you.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment unless otherwise indicated in a product's listing. By default, all items are shipped via the least expensive service of the U.S. Postal Service. This is often First Class or Parcel Post. If you require your item to be shipped by a faster method please convo me. I'll be happy to work with you to get your order to you sooner.

International orders are always welcome. The shipping prices on my listings are my best guess for a very wide range of destinations. I'll honor the price on my listing, but if you have a feeling my estimate is too high please convo me. I would be happy to check on the rate to your particular destination and adjust my ship cost for you accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any complaints, returns or problems must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

LOST ITEM: If possible, we'll recreate the item that has been lost. If that is impossible, we'll offer you store credit or a comparable item. If you prefer, we will refund you for your entire purchase (including shipping.)

RETURNS: We will accept returns, but only with the following conditions: You'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the return. Upon arrival, the returned item will be inspected to determine its condition. If the item is still in new condition, a refund of 93% of the item's price will be issued. The other 7% is kept to cover the fees we incurred due to the transaction. Sorry, but we can't reimburse the shipping & handling fee.

CUSTOM ITEM RETURN: Custom items can be returned for store credit only and are subject to the same conditions as a regular return. Please see above paragraph for those conditions.

MISTAKES: In the event an item is not as described, or if a defect is found that was not indicated in the listing description we will accept a return for that item. We may ask that you return the item to us before a refund is issued. If we do ask that you return the item please include the receipt for the shipping cost in the box so that we can reimburse you for the cost of returning the item.

WHOLESALE ORDERS: Although many of our items are one of a kind, we do very happily accept wholesale orders. We can work with you to create a large batch of one of a kind items or in some cases we can recreate an item many times over. Please contact us for details on pricing and availability for the items you are interested in. Please understand that there are minimum order requirements to qualify for wholesale pricing.

CUSTOM ORDERS: We love creative challenges! To place a custom order please convo us or submit a private Alchemy request using the "Request Custom Item" link on our shop's page. We'll work with you to create a one of a kind item just for you. Or, if you are pining away for a particular Scribble Nation item that has already been sold, let us know! We may be able to create a similar item just for you. Check out the "_#_ Sales" link on our shop's page to view some of our past creations.
