Payment

We generally only accept Paypal but will happily wait for check/cash/money order through snail mail if that's what you prefer.

Shipping

We ship using regular old post office mail as this is usually the cheapest for you! Orders are mailed out within two days and arrive in about 3 days for U.S. and within about two weeks for international orders.

Custom orders will take longer depending on our printing schedule.

If you live in Portland, we will gladly refund shipping for anyone who would like to pick up their order at In Other Words at 8 NE Killingsworth St.

Refunds and Exchanges

The nature of hand printed items is that there may be flaws we have overlooked. If you have a problem with your order send us a convo and we will find a way to work it out. We are very flexible! Send us a message!
