Welcome

Welcome to my little corner of etsy. I make high quality knitted items and handmade jewelry. At times, there may be other items in my shop too. I have been a member of Etsy since 2005 and value the friends I have made here. I work to ensure each transaction is completed satisfactorily.

I only list items I have completed, so there is little delay between payment, shipping and arrival at your house.

I am happy to create custom items, but understand it may take me a few days. Please send me a conversation to discuss what you are looking for :)

Payment

Please pay when you make the purchase. Etsy gives you a window to pay, but if you pay when the purchase is made, I can ship immediately (or when I get back to my computer :). I accept paypal, google checkout and RME. Most people use paypal.

If you take more than a couple of days to pay, I will wonder what is going on and probably send you a conversation.

I may run a sale from time to time. You are welcome to wait for a revised invoice or I will refund your paypal (or other payment method). I typically send invoices at night or first thing in the morning.

Shipping

I tend to ship first class USPS to US addresses the next business day after payment arrives (sometimes even same day as purchase!) International shipping costs are a bit tricky and harder to estimate ahead of time, these packages also go out next business day. I have been known to refund shipping when it is significantly over paid, especially on international packages. I am not in business to over charge shipping. There are other shipping methods besides first class USPS, I am happy to explore them with you. My experience is that many first class packages are delivered within 2-3 days, but if you are up against a deadline, please let me know and we can figure out what the overnight delivery would be. Priority is an option too (but generally states 2-3 days delivery time, same as my experience with first class).
