Welcome

As customer service has always been my top priority, I've outlined my shop policies below to help keep each Etsy transaction smooth and seamless, while ensuring the satisfaction of my customers (that means you!).

I've tried to cover as many topics as possible; however, if you have any additional questions, feel free to send me a message -- I'd love to hear from you!

Payment

Payment is due within three days after checkout. I understand that certain restrictions or unforeseeable situations can occur that prevent timely payment; if this is the case, please let me know. I am very flexible about payment times, and will be happy to arrange for payment at a more convenient date.

Unless you have contacted me about payment extensions, any order not paid within three days will be canceled.

Currently, I accept PayPal, Google Checkout, and USPS money orders (these can be obtained at your local US post office). If you wish to pay through Google Checkout, let me know in the "message to seller" section and I will send you an invoice for your order.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped through USPS First Class within 48 hours of payment. Items will only be shipped after payment has cleared. If there is a delay, I will notify you.

If you prefer to upgrade to Priority or Express shipping, make sure you let me know (preferably through an Etsy convo) before paying.

I love sharing my work to customers across the globe and greatly appreciate the support I receive from international buyers. Please note, however, that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis. After three weeks, the option to refund or exchange becomes null.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS: I require a 50% (min.) deposit on custom orders before I begin working on them. You may also pay for the order in full if you are more comfortable doing so. The time needed to make each order varies, but I've been told I have a very quick turnaround, and I promise not to keep you waiting for too long!

If you plan on re-selling my items, I at least ask that you use your own photographs and credit me as the designer of the piece.
