Payment

We accept credit cards and e-checks via paypal, and personal checks. We will wait for the personal and e-checks to clear before shipping. Illinois residents will be charged sales tax.

Shipping

We ship to the continental US only. Parcel post and priority mail. Be aware that parcel post can take up to 9 days depending on your location.
During beekeeping season (Summer) it may take us 3 to 4 days to ship your purchase. During Fall and Winter we can ship either the same day (depending on when the order is received) or within one or two days.
If you need your purchase quickly please let us know.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will happily replace any item damaged in transit.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We are open to consignment within the local Chicago region but prefer retailers to purchase wholesale from us. Contact us for our wholesale pricing.
