Welcome

Custom orders can take up to ten days to fill. I generally get them out sooner, however. For graphic design, it will take 2-3 days to get you the first samples.

*You can e-mail files for printed work to Joan [!at] BitsyCreations.com
*I don't work on Sundays, so please expect that small delay. :)
**Please note that all my work is done by hand. This means that all items will not be IDENTICAL. If this is a concern, I'm more than happy to still design your custom work & send you the files so you can have them printed elsewhere.
**I ship through PayPal so you will receive tracking information. I DO NOT, however, ship international orders with PayPal, so if you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know!!

Payment

I accept Paypal, RME, Google Checkout, and checks/money orders.

Shipping

All shipping is currently priced at first-class rates. I will happily upgrade to priority. Simply contact me first for a price quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive to have satisfied customers, but if there is a problem, please let me know! I will try my best to make sure you're happy. That being said, I DO send drafts/previews of custom work BEFORE printing. Once you give me the "go ahead", I will not give a refund.

GRAPHIC DESIGN TERMS OF USE:

Please take notice of the many graphic design options available through BitsyCreations. They vary in price and capacity. For example, if a business card design is purchased, the recipient will only have permission to reprint the business card. Certain graphics from the business card can not be used for other things such as banners or earring or clothing tags. If you intend to use the graphics for more than one use and to brand your company or product, you must purchase the graphic design logo package. I’ll be happy to design what you need. If any of the designs created by BitsyCreations are use in a use that was not intended, it will be treated as copyright infringement; not to mention, your image quality will be much better if I do the designing for you! Thank you!
