All items are created by hand in our studio in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Since all of our items are handmade there is the chance of slight variations in design and pattern placement on hand-sewn pieces and other items we make. These variations lend to the uniqueness of handmade wares and guarantee that the items you purchase are truly one-of-a-kind.

Payment

At this time you can pay for your purchase online using your PayPal account or any Major Credit Card (no PayPal account is necessary). Immediate payment is appreciated.

If you have any questions or wish to pay via credit card over the phone (we have a brick & mortar shop) for your purchase, please convo us so we can get in touch with you.

Shipping

As many of our items are made-to-order our CURRENT SHIPPING TIME is within 5 business days of confirmed payment.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (2-5 Business Days) with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise noted in the listing.

We are not responsible for lost packages. If you wish to purchase postal insurance for an additional fee please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: If your country is not listed please contact us for a shipping quote. All international packages are mailed via USPS First Class Mail (no delivery confirmation).

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Products must be in their original, unused condition. Postage/insurance is to be pre-paid by buyer. Sorry, we can not refund original postage.
