Welcome to RG Creations!
Every handbag and accessory is designed by me, Rebecca Geoffrey, in Kingston,Ontario at my home studio.
* Good quality fabrics are always used.
* Many of our fabrics are recycled from various sources, which means it may be the only piece of fabric available, therefore most of my bags are limited editions or one-of-a-kind creations.
* All fabrics have been meticulously laundered before they are made into anything.
* Special attention is given to detail and construction to guarantee our customer a stylish and durable product.

Payment

I acccept PayPal only.
Having an account is not necessary. You may simply use PayPal to process your major credit card payment.

Payment is required within 24 hours of order. All unpaid items will be relisted.

Shipping

I ship via Canada Post worldwide.
I ship within 2 days of received payment.
Shipping charge includes insurance and a tracking #.
If you do not see your country listed, please convo. I will ship anywhere.

Overseas customers:
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary from country to country; if you need an estimate of these charges, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will refund the purchase price of any item you are not 100% satisfied with, minus the shipping fee within 14 days of purchase and return of unused item.
I will also replace an item if it has not arrived to you after 8 weeks from date of purchase.
