Unique Expressions is an eclectic collection. Comprised of innovative combinations, each item serves as a vehicle of expression. My pieces are as eclectic as my personality: made from many facets, influenced by diverse experiences, expressed in infinite ways. Regardless of appearing similarities, you always get a one-of-a kind-made-with-dynamic-energy piece. My diverse hobbies have been my attempt to capture an insignificant glimpse of the infinite facets of life and energy. I am inspired by my seven siblings, nature, the internal processes of humans, and emotions.

Payment

PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT accept any form of payment other than PAYPAL, Google Checkout, and RME. If you would like an invoice through Google or RME, please select the payment option of 'other' and indicate this in the 'notes to seller'. If I know you in real life, you may choose the payment option of 'other' and arrange payment with me personally. Payment is expected upon purchase of item.

Shipping

Shipping rates are provided in the item descriptions. I ship within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Please note custom orders may take longer before they are ready to ship. Domestic shipping will be either first class parcel or parcel post (depending on weight) with delivery confirmation service. For all international destinations I use airmail. PLEASE be sure your PayPal address is the correct mailing address, as that is the one I will use unless you inform me otherwise.

I cannot be responsible for damaged and/or lost packages. If you would like your purchase insured, please contact me for an adjusted invoice upon purchase.

International customers: It is your sole responsibility to be familiar with custom laws, duties, and fees in your country. I am not responsible for any packages that may be held up and/or seized in customs. In addition, you are in full responsibility of any duties and fees that may incur.

Refunds and Exchanges

I typically do not accept returns unless item description is grossly misleading. However, I realize that when shopping on the internet, we don't always receive what we expect. I encourage you to contact me with any concerns about your item within 7 days of receipt of your purchase before leaving a negative or neutral feedback. I am interested in working with you to assure your satisfaction.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you are redeeming a discount code, please include this in the ‘notes to seller’ at checkout. Wait to pay until you receive a revised invoice from me. Discount codes are not good with any other store sales. Limit one per order. Discount codes are valid at this shop and also at http://jesspins.etsy.com

Please be aware that all of my items are created with love in a small, cat-friendly, one-bedroom apartment.
