Welcome

Hexy is basically a department store for both my amazing vintage finds and one of a kind reconfigured pieces.

Hexy is also my clothing and accessories line. I reuse, reconfigure and recycle previously existing clothing, jewelry parts and objects. Most items are one of a kind. I sell the ones that are not jewelry here - I sell my jewelry at Everbrite Merchantile online and at craft fairs in person.

Payment

I accept paypal only.
If I know you personally, I can accept cash, checks or mutually agreed barter.
Payment is due within 24 hours of purchasing an item.
Virginia residents add 5% sales tax, as per the state laws.

Shipping

I ship via the USPS.
Most parcels ship via first class, however some may ship priority.
Every parcel has delivery confirmation included in shipping costs.
Any and all extra delivery options must be requested and paid for.

I ship a couple of times a week. Your item may ship within 1 day, or may take up to three days. Items ordered on Thursday may ship on Monday. If I will be away from the internet for more than a day or two, it will be noted in my profile.

For cost-saving and environmental reasons, I use mostly recycled packing materials but fear not; your lovely items will always ship safe and secure.
For international parcels, customs may hold shipment for up to 6 weeks. I cannot do anything about this if they decide to hold your item.
Also for international parcels, any duties levied are the responsibility of you, the buyer. Again, unfortunately, if your country asks for duties related to a parcel, I cannot do anything about this.

I can ship mostly anywhere. There are a few places where I cannot ship. If you don't see your destination, just message me and I can probably add it. At the moment I can only ship internationally with tracking, which is USPS Express International.

Refunds and Exchanges

All purchases are final.
At this time, I cannot accept any returns or offer any refunds. Please read the descriptions and ask any questions before purchasing.
I use delivery confirmation on all items.
I can only ship to the address on your paypal account-please update your account before paying.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I have a cat. He is awesome. He doesn't interact much with my etsy items. If you are violently allergic to cats, please take this into consideration before ordering.
