Everything in my shop is made by hand by me and is copyright Jan Allsopp. Copyright is not transferable with the sale of the item. The buyer is not entitled to reproduction rights. All artworks in The Little Shop of Horus are made in a fun and loving, smoke-free home in Coffs Harbour, Australia.

Payment

I accept PayPal payments for purchases.

Bank Deposit is available for payments from Australian buyers only. Once you select Other as your payment method, I will contact you with the details and the correct price in AU dollars (see "Additional Policies and FAQ's" below).

In accordance with Etsy policy I require all purchases to have payment finalised within 4 days.

All prices are excluding taxes. Any taxes or customs duties payable are the responsibility of the purchaser.

HOW TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE
Unfortunately, Etsy does not provide a way to automate discount codes or coupon codes at this time. Therefore, I do discounts manually. If you have a discount code (from a newsletter special), please follow these instructions

1) Add item to Cart
2) Review contents of cart and select “Checkout”
3) Select your saved shipping address (required by Etsy) and select “Next Step"
4) Under "Message to Seller" enter the discount code.
5) Select the payment method PayPal and “Submit Order”
6) STOP – Do not proceed with PayPal payment.
6) Upon receipt of your order, I will issue you a revised invoice via PayPal reflecting the savings from the discount code. This will arrive in your Inbox from sendmail [!at] paypal.com on behalf of roly1444 [!at] yahoo.com.au. The e-mail will start "Jan Allsopp (roly1444@yahoo.com.au) would like to be paid through PayPal. A "Pay Now" button will open a web browser to submit payment via credit card or your PayPal account.

If you prefer, you can also submit the full payment via PayPal (without the discount code savings) and I will issue you a refund, via PayPal, within 48 orders.

Discount orders can also be paid by Bank Deposit if you are an Australian customer.

Please note: if you do not enter the discount code in the "Message to Seller" field during checkout, I will not know you are eligible for a discount. If you forget, just convo me and I will still apply the savings.

Shipping

SHIPPING
Once you payment clears I will package your order. All items are individually protected in cellophane and your order will be sent in a rigid envelope. I will usually ship your order within 24 hours for purchases made Sunday to Thursday. Any orders received on Friday or Saturday will be shipped Monday. Please keep in mind I am located in Australia. If your order is shipping outside Australia it will be sent Airmail and should arrive in 5 – 7 days. If the cost of shipping is less than stated I will refund any amount over $1 by PayPal. I take great care to package items so they will arrive in perfect condition but I am not responsible for it once it leaves my hands. If you would like your purchase insured please let me know. I will obtain a quote and once you agree I will send a separate PayPal invoice for it. Any International customs, duties, and applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me first and I will work with you to resolve any issues. If you are still not satisfied, I will either replace the item or refund the purchase price once the original item has been returned to me and found to be in its original condition. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs. There is no refund on shipping costs.

Contact me within seven days of receipt of your purchase and notify me of your intent to return. You have fourteen days from the time you receive your purchase to return it to me. I cannot accept returns after fourteen days. Please use delivery confirmation on all returns and provide the tracking number after mailing. All refunds are issued through PayPal.

CUSTOM ORDERS - REBOUND BOOKS
Please feel free to contact me if you are looking for a specific type of book. I have a large stock of books waiting to be reborn as sketchbooks, travel journals or personal journals. I choose books that have interesting titles, perhaps with double meanings, or titles that relate to various countries or areas all over the world. The books I choose have hard covers suitable for rebinding. The books may have added elements of images or decoration on their covers, they may have illustrations inside, they may have once belonged to a library and still hold the stamps and pockets associated with that.

CUSTOM ORDERS - PRINTS
Sorry, at this stage I don't do custom orders. If you would like something based on a print you see in my shop already, please start a conversation with me about it and I will see what I can do.
