Enidjewelry's Shop Policies
Welcome
All of my items are handmade by myself in my crafty-looking basement, in a non-smoking and pet-free environment. My objective is to be able to give you the best customer service possible, while applying the following shop policies.
Payment
After an item is bought, you payment will be expected within the next 7 days. If after 7 days, I have not heard from you or have not received any money, the item will be relisted and appropriate feedback will be left.
Shipping
If your order is a gift, I'll gift-wrap for no fee =)
I usually ship within 1 to 2 days after receiving the order, and orders placed during the weekend will be dropped at the Post Office on Sunday, to be shipped on Monday.
If an item you paid for is not received after more than three weeks, another one will be made (It will still have little differences, since everything I make is one of a kind) and sent to you OR we can work it out together and either replace or refund the item. Please note that I am not responsible of any delay from your country's customs, or any charges related to them.
In the case I have to send an item as a gift to another recipient than the buyer himself, I cannot be held responsible of any errors in the recipient's address. Please be sure of the address you're providing.
All packages can be insured, please convo me for me moredetails as well as a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with an item you received, and want a refund or an exchange, it is possible to do so. The item will have to be sent back to me, and the refund or exchange will be processed once the item is in my hands. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ALLOWED ON EARRINGS FOR SANITARY REASONS. If however, there's a big discrepancy between what's described and showed here, contact me and we will work it out. Please note that I don't cover the cost of shipping in that case, and that I have to be contacted before you send the item back, in order to approve the transaction. If I receive an item without being contacted first, it will be forwarded back to you, and your request won't be processed.

Custom orders are welcome, and a 25% deposit will be asked upfront, the rest will be charged once your item is made and ready to ship.
