Payment

If you've purchased from me and have not finished the transaction, I'll convo you with a reminder after 2 or 3 days. I'll also try emailing you if I haven't heard anything from you after a week or so. PLEASE respond back, even if it's to say you've changed your mind. Don't leave me hanging! :)

Please note, South Carolina sales will have 6% sales tax added to the whole transaction. (I know there are discrepancies between this and some other SC sellers, but according to the SC state's tax FAQs, delivery charges are considered by the state to be part of the sales price and are subject to tax).

Shipping

I've tried to make my shipping costs as reasonable as possible - in fact, I've lost money a few times on the coasters. They're heavy! If I've overcharged you more than 3 dollars I will refund the amount through Paypal if you've paid with that.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy! Please let me know if something arrives damaged as soon as possible, and we'll figure out a solution (replacement or refund). If I goofed up somehow and sent the wrong item, ditto. Otherwise, all sales are final. Sale items are sold as is (that's why they're on sale!).
