Payment

Payment is required immediately. There is no reason to buy items and not pay. I accept paypal and you can also use credit or debit cards on my site, beebeemod.com. If for some reason you have to cancel an order, just let me know. Communication is key.

Shipping

I ship all packages priority for domestic and first class for international. I have found this way to be best and the least expensive for all involved. If you need something quicker let me know. If you would like insurance on your purchase, let me know.

Please be sure your address is correct and that your paypal address corresponds with your etsy one. There have been many times where this has differed and this is frustrating to all involved. If you need your package sent to a different address than yours, please, please, let me know during the checkout process.

Also note, that packages are not able to be tracked through USPS. There is only confirmation when the package finally arrives to you. If you want complete tracking then you will need to upgrade to express shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your item if something is not up to par. Please be sure to size items appropriately as onesies and sleep sacks are not returnable due to sizing error. Just let me know. I am always willing to work with my customers.
