Payment

Please pay with Paypal immediately at checkout in order to get your package in a timely manner. If you are not able to pay at the time of purchase, please contact me and let me know when you will pay. Your item will NOT be shipped until payment is received.

Shipping

*USA orders*-shipped USPS and arrive within 5 business days of shipping. Orders paid by e-check will ship when they have cleared (can take up to 7 business days)

* International orders*- pls. contact me for international shipping. These orders will be shipped only on SATURDAYS, first class and will arrive within 10 business days from when shipped. Please be patient with international shipping. Craftpaca is not responsible for duties or customs fees, they are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

All domestic packages can be tracked online, so let me know if you have not received your package and I will hunt it down. If your package is lost by the postal service (only has happened once in 3 years) I will remake and send asap. If you want a refund, please contact me and we can discuss.
