I do not take checks, MO's, or other. I can process a credit card number, but you'll have to phone me to do so - really google checkout is the way to go if you hate paypal.

Shipping

Jewelry items shown here are in stock ONLY and will ship 1-3 days from your order. Hand dandy.

Jewelry ships boxed cutely and ready for gift giving.


HOW DO YOU SHIP?

I ship the art in this shop via priority mail, both domestic and international, with the exception of ACEO's or other small items. It's really just better for all involved - you get your items somewhat faster, they're more trackable, the flat rate box rocks - just trust me on this.

LARGE paintings may incur more costs.

Prints are made-to-order. It usually takes me a week to get your print, inspect and sign it, and then send it on its way.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS?
I do not generally accept returns. My photographic and descriptive skills are sound. Repairs and alterations to an item will be entertained depending on circumstance - email me or convo me and we'll work something out.

Breakage and loss in transit is an exception to the rule - if you have issues with an item breaking or going AWOL in transit I will make every effort to replace that item. Because the items sold here are sometimes OOAK an exact replacement is not always possible. Definitely alert me if your item has not arrived in a timely fashion or has arrived damaged.

I will make every effort to see you are happy with the resolution of any issues.

ETSY FEEDBACK

I'll be bluntly honest - I'm not a fan of the FB system. It's not that I don't love you, appreciate you, and that I'm not tickled by the wonderful things said about me - no. I'm actually more not feeling it as an Etsy BUYER rather than an Etsy seller. Until there's some form of anonymity for gift-giving, privacy, lack of weirdo people perusing your FB to see what you do - I don't like getting it as a buyer.

As a seller, your return visit and your personal notes mean a world of FB to me. That's my shopping philosophy - I go back religiously to shops I love and rarely FB them.

So I'm pretty remiss on leaving it at times. If you WANT your FB just about all of which is a giant positive A+ hug and you are ticked I'm not leaving it, please convo me or poke me somehow, but know you are probably loved.

I do trades on a limited basis. I am interested in trades with: bath and body, perfume, handbags, clothing if you do XL (real 14 not American Apparel size), and promo shops.
