Payment

INTERNATIONAL : I accept paypal for all international orders and payment is appreciated within 3 days from purchase date. Layaway is also available upon request.

AUSTRALIA : I accept paypal, direct deposit, check or money order for all Australian orders. Payment is appreciated within 3 days of purchase date. Layby is available upon request.

Shipping

INTERNATIONAL : All items are sent via airmail and confirmation is given when parcel is dispatched. Insurance is available upon request, but please contact me prior to ordering for this option.

AUSTRALIA : All items are shipped via regular mail and confirmation is given when parcel is sent. Registered post and express post is available upon request, but please contact me prior to purchase for these options.

ALL : All parcels once in the post are out of my hands and I can no longer be held responsible for the postal treatment. All items however are packaged carefully and should arrive in tact. If in any case you do recieved a damaged parcel please contact me as soon as possible so that we may work things out as quickly and happily as possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase :
REFUNDS will be issued if contact is made within 21 days from purchase date and item(s) returned within 30 days, unworn and in the same packaging as when sent. Refunds will be for the total amount lesser the postage.
EXCHANGES will be available if contact is made within 21 days from purchase date and item(s) returned within 30 days, unworn and in the same packaging as when sent. Exchanges may be made for a piece of the same value as item returned and postage will be covered by myself. Multiple exchanges however will incur a postage charge.

CUSTOM orders are very welcome here and I shall work with you until you are fully satisfied with the piece being created. Pictures are sent through during the process so you know just what is going on with the creation.
