I create because I feel an inner desire to create. I paint because it brings joy to me and I enjoy sharing that with the world! I want to ensure the best experience for everyone so I use good quality materials which are always stated in my item's description. Payment

I am pleased to take paypal as well as money orders and cheques. Items are shipped once payment is received in full. Please pay within 7 days of transaction or I will cancel the transaction.

Shipping

Once payment is received I will ship item as soon as possible but not later than 48 hours after receiving payment. I do not include insurance on my work so please contact me before paying for price adjustments. Please remember that I can't promise a quick arrival especially if you live out of my country because shipping can take time with some custom delays. I send my ACEO cards and wood art pendants light mail air and larger items: small or large package air - for the quickest arrival time.

Refunds and Exchanges

I package my items as safely as possible but sometimes there are some damages in shipping. If this occurs please let me know as soon as possible. I cannot ensure full refund or exchance if you have not insured you item. Luckily this doesn't happen often but I will take all this into consideration when discussing further options with you

I welcome any alchemy or custom orders - in fact I would be delighted. I can do custom paintings, aceo cards or wood pendants.
