GOING GREEN:
In efforts to help the environment, I am trying to use more recycled shipping materials. Also, if you purchase more than one product from me, I may combine them into one cellophane bagie...all tags in one bag or all journaling spots in one bag. If you'd prefer to have them separate, just leave me a message when you purchase. I encourage everyone to reuse or recycle shipping materials! ~Thanks :)

Payment

I accept Paypal, Credit and Debit cards. You do not need a paypal account to purchase with a credit or debit card; it works as a payment processor. Please note that with E Checks, I will wait until the check has cleared before shipping

I appreciate prompt payment. If I do not receive payment within 3 days, I will have to cancel the sale. I will contact you in those 3 days if I have not heard from you.

Shipping

I will ship to your Etsy address. If it is not correct, please let me know in "Message to Seller" at the end of your transaction. I am not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect Etsy addresses.

I ship Monday-Saturday and usually within 24-48 hours after payment. I will send you a note letting you know when you're order is in the mail.

I ship First Class Worldwide. If you'd like Priority Mail, let me know and I'll adjust the shipping costs.

Delivery Confirmation and Insurance is optional.

Refunds and Exchanges

Sorry, I do not accept refunds or exchanges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I take great time and care in my products. I do not offer wholesale, consignment or discounts. Each item is priced according to the materials and time I take to make the best products possible.

I am scaling down my shop to work on my vintage jewelry shop so I will not be taking custom orders.

Anything you see in my shop that isn't a SALE item can be duplicated. If you'd like more than just 1 of an item, I am happy to set up a custom listing for you in my shop.
