Payment

i only accept paypal and ask that you complete your payment within 3 day of the purchase if not immediately. i do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Shipping

i ship standard or small packet mail. both of these options do NOT come with a tracking number or insurance. i will always send you a message on etsy when i have shipped your item. i always ship within 3 days of receiving your order/payment.

i have raised my shipping costs as i now ship everything in a bubble mailer to prevent losses in the mail.

if you would like faster shipping, insurance, or a tracking number please contact me prior to purchasing an item and i will adjust it for you. i am happy to accommodate your deadlines to the best of my ability.

Refunds and Exchanges

i do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

i take time to check your etsy address against your paypal address and double check that the address i write on your package is correct. i am not responsible for items lost in the mail or mail that arrives to you in a questionable state. i ship in bubble mailers that are sealed and taped shut and are virtually impossible to damage.
