WELCOME to Mama Trep's Designs!!!

I love making things, and make jewelry, my own soap, polymer clay items, including decorations and clocks, and I love to sew and crochet when I can. My favorite thing to do is anything bead-related! This past Christmas was entirely handmade, with the exception of toys for my girl.

I am learning to become a crystal healer, and have included healing properties of some of the beads and gems that I use in my jewelry designs in my listings. If I can answer any questions about crystal healing, please contact me, and I will help as much as I can.

Payment

I accept payment through PayPal, and will also accept checks, and Money Orders.

PLEASE notify me if there is any problem with the checkout process!
Please note that I will not ship your item until I have cleared funds in hand.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping:

I want you to be happy with your item, and so I pack my items very carefully. I will combine shipping on multiple items according to the listings.

I will ship within 24 hours of cleared payment, and will email/convo you when I ship your items. I usually ship via First Class USPS. Please let me know if you need it priority shipped, and I will adjust the shipping cost. If you want to purchase optional insurance, please state this in notes to seller and await adjusted invoice.

International Shipping:

I ship via USPS First Class International. I am interested to know how long this shipping takes, so please feel free to let me know when your package arrives, or leave me immediate feedback upon receipt of your items. If you require insurance on your international purchases, the shipping cost will be much higher, unfortunately. Insurance is not available with the First Class International rates. Please convo me for shipping cost with insurance.

Did your package not arrive or did it arrive damaged?

Unfortunately, if you did not request and purchase the optional insurance, I can not be held liable. My shipping costs are low. I put a certain amount of trust in the United States Postal Service. By purchasing from me and not requesting and purchasing shipping insurance, you also imply that trust. I still want you, as my customer, to be happy, so on case by case basis, I will try to work with you on a mutually agreeable solution.

Refunds and Exchanges

For 3 months, I guarantee all of my crimp beads on the wired necklaces and bracelets, with normal wear. If your jewelry item falls apart within 3 months at the crimps, please contact me and I will have you return all the pieces, and restring it free of charge. I pay special attention to crimping, and use good materials, special tools and special glue to keep your jewelry together!

If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, contact me within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss the return or exchange and refund. I will not pay for return shipping and will not refund the original shipping and insurance costs. The item must be in brand new condition, and must not be worn or damaged in any way. I will refund your money for your purchase price only, via PayPal, once I have received the item back. If you are returning earrings, I will subtract $2 off of your refund in order to replace the earwires, so that the item can be resold.
