Welcome to the site for KIP Bags. A couple of things:
1. If you notice in the pictures that the bags don't have strings in them, don't worry. By the time your bag gets to you, there are 2 color-coordinated strings. My pictures are taken shortly after the bag is done, and the person that strings the bags is still in school. I pay my son to string the bags.

2. Since I'm getting LOTS more customers (THANKS TO ALL!!) If you see feedback left from me, that's an indication that I've mailed out your bag. If you've ordered less than 3 bags, it will be sent via USPS First Class mail. 3 or more bags and it will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Payment

I like paypal but I do take checks. I deposit check within a day of receiving it and wait for it to clear first. I also consider barters....if you've got something to trade, (I like sock yarn and fibers) message me!!

If you are interested in a bag, but have $$ issues, get a hold of me on Ravelry (username: ruddawg), or by Convo and we can work out a trade. I like sock yarn and fiber best!

Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: CHECK YOUR PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS AGAINST YOUR ETSY ADDRESS. If the address submitted on the Etsy receipt does not match the one on your Paypal account, I will not ship until I confirm via email which address is correct.

For issues with address correction on Paypal, call their Customer Service hotline at 1-888-221-1161.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you're not happy with the bag, please let me know before sending it back. If possible, I'll work with you to get the problem taken care of before sending back the bag.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I take custom orders. Please give me an idea of what you want and I'll work from there... usually there are a few messages back and forth to get the idea cemented.
