Payment

All payments must be made at the time of purchase or within the time frame specified by Etsy's policies/Terms of Use.

I want all of my artwork to be accessible to anyone who wants it. Items over $100 can be purchased through an installment plan. There is a non-refundable deposit of $100 or 50% of the item price, whichever is smaller. Installments occur every 15 days until the item is paid-in-full. Once the item is paid-in-full, I will ship your item as agreed.

Custom Orders - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in advance for me to begin work on a custom order. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the order, and once the order is paid-in-full, I will ship your item as agreed.

Shipping

Items almost always ship within 2 business days of payment clearing, and are always much more amazing in-person than their photos could possibly convey. If I can not get an item out within this time frame, I will send an email to the address associated with your Etsy account letting you know and when you can expect it to ship.

ACEOs and other flat paper art will be shipped in a sturdy envelope, sandwiched between recycled cardboard for maximum protection.

PAINTINGS on stretched canvases will be padded for protection and shipped in sturdy boxes. Large paintings will ship professionally in mirror boxes with insurance.

Once your item has shipped, I will send an email to the address associated with your Etsy account letting you know the date it was shipped, when to expect your order, and any tracking number associated with your package (usually Delivery Confirmation).

If you are concerned at all about your order not arriving safely, please contact me prior to making your purchase and we can arrange insurance.

*Rarely* do items get lost in the mail. I take appropriate precautions by packing the items well, including the shipping details inside the package, and whenever possible including Delivery Confirmation.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to return the item to me in the same condition and packaging. Once I have received the item and deem it to be in the same condition as it was originally shipped, I will be happy to give you a refund of the amount you paid minus original shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges when returning any item.

International Orders - If you live outside of the United States, you are taking a risk by purchasing anything that must be shipped. I meticulously package all orders with great care. I am not responsible for any loss of an international item once it is in the hands of the postal service. Buyers are responsible for any tariffs, customs fees, etc. incurred. If you are concerned that an order may get lost or broken, please contact me before purchase and I will be more than happy to adjust your invoice to include insurance on your package.

All items (except Sun Rays postcards/magnets) are one of a kind (OOAK) and made in a smoke-free / pet-free home with my own two little faerie hands.
