CraftDiner's Shop Policies

Welcome

Welcome to the Diner! *pours hot steaming cup of coffee*
I have tons of stuff to add to the menu so keep checking back while I get my act together! Everything I am listing is from Craft Diner Inc. overstock or my personal collection. Occasionally if I see something extra fab I'll buy it but that's rare. Hopefully I will have time to create some of my own stuff too. *sips coffee* but first things first, the studio needs to be cleared out!

Payment

Pay Pal Only. If you are paying by check through Pay Pal please mention this in the notes during checkout. Payment should be received the same day you place your order. You will have a three day grace period in which to submit payment, before your order is cancelled and your items are placed back in the shop.

Shipping

To keep costs down I am using USPS without any whistles or bells for loose bead shipments. Because of this, packages can take as long as ten business days to arrive. Shipping costs are non refundable for loose beads. I ship out orders once a week, Wednesdays.

PLEASE NOTE:
I ship to your Etsy Address. If you would like your order sent somewhere else, please convo me within 24 hours of placing your order.

Dollar Menu items are packaged in bulk and will not be individually bagged. Crystals are separated by size and shape only.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your shipment is lost a refund for the goods can be issued or a duplicate sent out if one is available and you wish to pay for the item to be shipped again. Proof of original shipping can always be provided at your request, in the form of a scanned postal receipt. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Please contact me via convo if you have any issues with your order, prior to leaving feedback. You will find I am a reasonable and generous shop owner who believes the customer should always be satisfied!

Additional Policies and FAQs

FAQ

Q: I see you have handmade lampwork from other artists, are you reselling artists work in your shop?

A: Nope. I have LOTS of lampwork in my personal collection. They have been carefully displayed for years in my studio and I am ready to move on and obsess on something new. My only hope is that lampwork lovers will find them here and give them a new and appreciative place to reside. I always try to give artist info if I can but the truth is, my records of these have been missing for a few months now so, I figure out what I can and only give the info I am sure of.

Q: Where the heck are all of these beads from?

A: I had two businesses, Craft Diner Inc. (a wholesale craft supply company) and BeadDiner.com (featured in the book Stitchin' Bitch) both of which I closed in 2006 so I could start painting again. The supplies I list on Etsy are from years of buying for these companies or they are from my personal bead collection. Some beads, like crystals, I have tons of, some beads like my vintage, I have only enough for a couple of listings. Occasionally, if I find something exceptional, I will buy it for the shop.

Q: How come your crystals are so cheap? They must be fake or damaged!

A: *Gasp!* My crystals were purchased below wholesale in mass quantities for a product line I created back in 2003. They are genuine Swarovski Crystals and arrive to you fresh from the manufacturers box.

Q: Do you only sell supplies?

A: Supplies are the core of my business but I do have fun with them occasionally and make something! In my real life I do graphic design work, product branding and oil painting for extra dough and my own pleasure. I am also a mother of two.

Q: Your listings have a groovy retro picture, do I get that too?

A: The pictures in the listings are not for sale! They are here to jazz up my shop! Enjoy them and if you would like to buy some of your own visit http://www.andynortnik.com/ Don't lift them from my shop, that's not nice to do to Andy.
